When you're a Musician

Live MusicPosted by John Vanek Sat, April 04, 2009 11:47:07

When you're a musician, you do music by any means possible. When you're a musician you will happily busk in order to present your music to an audience - it's a means of facilitating the process of music and performance. You do this in order to make your music possible, in order to realise your music, in order to release it.

There is no career trajectory for a musician. There is only throwing yourself into it, pursuing the activity and not thinking about pursuing the activity. For a musician, music can only happen through the act of doing it.
